Amazing things happen at the hair dresser. Like finding the most angelic person on the planet is helping people in Kharkov Ukraine. Andre Polonski is the man every mother wants to find for their daughter. I tell you, if Anna was older, we’d be flying to war-torn Ukraine to set up a date. He’s compassionate, caring, resourceful, and respectful of his elders (I’m getting up there–they call me Ma’am at the grocery store). And he has a heart the size of Utah.
The story: 2 years ago, Andre was prompted to change his line of work and open a company called Smart Food focusing on distributing food from farmers to restaurants in Kharkov, Ukraine. A follower of Jesus Christ, Andre knows that he was inspired so that he could be in the wrong place at the right time. Because he already had distribution lines, he has been able to feed hundreds of Ukrainians in the metros and elderly people in their apartments.
The joy that resonates from this man is incredible. Listen to Andre tell his story. If you don’t already follow him, it’s a must. Even in the middle of war, he brings flowers and a smile to people trapped in an ugly situation. Check him out at @andrepolonski on Instagram. He also has a website AndreTheDeliverer.
